[Assumed] Ratio of subpopulation per capita covid rates, i.e. (daily unvaxed cases / unvaxed pop) / (daily vax cases / vax pop)
Local vaccination rate [%] (preferably: fully vaccinated, entire population)
Predictions
Predicted total rate multiplier: 0
Predicted fraction of cases that are breakthroughs: 0
I.e. if the total case rate for your region is 123 cases/day/100k, and your multiplier is 45.6%, then the case rate among vaccinated people is 123*.456 = 56 cases/day/100k vaccinated people.
Notes
How to estimate the covid prevalance ratio
I've been using the Marin county data (embeded below; link to source where they give more details)
Some other regions might have similar data.
